as he drove them further and further into the sands he could feel the tide. his car got stuck in the shifting sands a few times. he could sense the danger. when he heard the cries he tried to go back. there was nothing he could do. standing on the shore, looking at the water ripples, and muddy waves repeatedly hitting the ground, covering his shoes with remains.
